The GelCam Camera (formerly the DS-34) is a self-contained, portable, and easy-to-operate system designed for high-volume use. It is used extensively for taking high-quality, close-up images of sub-illuminated electrophoresis gels and other small objects. These prints provide detailed records and make it easier to share information with colleagues, and reduce the cost of documenting your work. The system also accepts a variety of color and black & white film.
